Tustin: Luis Manuel Garcia’s household needs justice immediately after homeless father shot and killed by police

TUSTIN, Calif. (KABC) — The relatives of a guy who was shot and killed by Tustin law enforcement held a second vigil in his honor Saturday and continued to demand from customers justice.

The initially vigil was held two months right after the lethal Aug. 9 capturing.

The male killed by law enforcement was Luis Manuel Garcia. He was Christian Garcia’s uncle.

“He was an harmless particular person that was having difficulties in daily life, and that did not give the officers a cause to shoot him or just take absent his daily life,” Christian Garcia reported.
