In August 2020, Iowa Metropolis resident Emily Manders looked at her utilities invoice and noticed an abnormally superior payment. Manders explained Residences at Iowa refused her a total reimbursement soon after being charged for her neighbor’s utilities bill.
“It just sucks,” Manders said. “If I experienced not been searching at my electrical energy bills, I would have by no means recognized that they were using edge of me and performing this.”
